Of course, all this power comes at a steep price, as the Achilles is the most expensive fighter in existence; it is said you could purchase a third world country with the funds required to build one of these superplanes.

It's supposed to. As most Red Alert technology is based on experiments and prototypes of the Cold War, we figured the Avro Arrow could get a bit of a resurrection.

RTB special ability?
Correct. It's also a sort of reverse Aurora Bomber in that sense; while returning to base it is pretty much immune to damage.
If I remember correctly, there's actually a secondary ability already coded into the RA3 special weapons file. I think it was designed for the Soviet fighter originally...
UPDATE: Turns out it didn't need an invulnerability effect. The RTB command increases its speed enough that it already outruns almost all projectiles, so it only takes damage from instant-hit stuff like spectrum weaponry (it isn't faster than light). Pretty cool how it works exactly like it's supposed to!
