Just Rules aims at increasing the strategic options in RA3. It includes things like a more balanced upgrade system, revised protocols and build limits on each unit design to discourage spamming and encourage diverse unit formations and strategies.

Do you like a larger tesla trooper? (I updated the conscript and sickle sizes too)
Isn't the Tesla Trooper a normal person in a suit?
So he would have to be a bit smaller, to match the stature of the Conscript...
The scale for that is pretty good.
I don't think the Tesla is a mech (nor should it). looks like it to me: [ Geekologie.com ]
And according to:[ Static.howstuffworks.com ] tanks are only 1m taller than humans. Additionally, the sickle is supposed to be smaller than hammer, which is what the pic specifies.
TESLA TROOPER is just a guy in a metal tin can.

To answer everyone's questions and explain my reasoning; If you compare the model of the Tesla Trooper to the Desolator or even the RA2 Tesla Trooper you can see a mech vs a suit appearance.
As for the sickle the hammer tank is larger (now) and the concept art does show the conscripts were meant to fit inside the two rear turrets.
Anyway, I'll post a few more screens later and see if it has more appeal to you when in combat.

Also; to those that think that the TT in RA2 was the same size, nope.
The TT in RA2 was a guy in a rubber suit was some armour on top:

Even accepting the telsa suit as armour with powered limbs, this is insane. That suit is at least 15 feet tall when it stands up; so totally not nessesary. It shouldn't be any more than ten feet tall at the outside.
This IS Red Alert, after all...
It's a suit of armor, not a Gundam dude, the suit needs to small enough to allow the conscript inside to move the limbs.
So that "excuse" doesn't work here.
If you look at the suit (in Style_Fox's post) you will see the elbows and knees are mechanical no way an arm or a leg is going inside those.
When I scaled this I tried to make the little glass "window\" the size of the conscript's head. Anyway, I'll play around with it some more. But in general I do favor the larger suit.
If you look at this image All-free-download.com the Tesla troops are taller than hammer tanks. So if the goal is to follow the concept art I think this is fairly close but about 10%-15% too large (if even that).

If it were to stay the same I wouldn't call it "insane" paired with the fact Tesla troopers aren't crushable. However, think how silly it would look for the tesla trooper to go into a bunker half it's height (if he can do that in your mod).
I actually did rescale it again from 135% down to 125%.
Ya, its kind of too big to fit in buildings and vehicles now. I'll have to restrict it to external carry on the twinblade.
