This is the list of all changes made so far:
General:
All Uprising units and maps included
Parameters of every Tier 3 units has been increased (price has been changed accordingly)
Some of Tier 3 tanks now deal 2X damage to infantry
Every capital ship is now able to crash smaller ships on the water

Changes in old units:
Aircraft Carrier - reduced Blackout missile cooldown time
Attack Dog - price has been decreased to 150$
Cryocopter - decreased SHRINK duration, HP has been decreased to Twinblade's amount
Harbringer Gunship - increaser auto cannon fire rate
Tanya - deals 2X damage to basic infantry and commandos, noticeably increased movement speed, three times decreased ability cooldown time
Vindicator - very slightly decreased amount of HP
Changes in special powers:
Frozen units get 10X damage instead of being killed by one shot (RA3 cryo is too sick)

New Stuff:
Hammer tank uprage crates, which allows tanks to get additional weapon from it (only Soviet weapons are available)
Changes in old units:
Akula sub - deals slightly more damage
Bullfrog - now has the same armor and price as Riptide
Burst Drone - price reduced to 500$, disables time bombs with secondary ability
Conscript - removed pre-attack delay, throws molotov cocktail over the walls
Desolator - main attack decreases enemy's armor
Flak Trooper - slightly increased fire rate (still deals less DPS than Javelin Trooper)
Grinder - increased movement speed
Natasha - reduced cooldown time of secondary ability
Reaper - increased armor, decreased movement speed
Engineer - Builds bunker for free
Stingray - slightly increased armor
Tesla Tank - noticeably reduced armor
Tesla Trooper - gets less damage from infantry, but more damage from vehicles
War Bear - price reduced to 200$
Changes in special powers:
Iron Curtain doesn't kill Tesla Trooper, Desolator, and Cryo Legionnaire
Desolator Airstrike applies desolation effect to vehicles (reduced armor and movement speed)
Known issues:
1. Desolation Field deals too much damage to vehicles.
2. Raider auto-deposits money in generic state, instead of using ability to do it.
3. Pathfinder's ability still hasn't been finished .
4. SHRINK ray causes breaking scale of rescaled units
5. Ambush bunker works in different way
I am working on it now.
Please let me know if something went wrong and i will fix it as soon as possible.

As you can see, i am trying to add a lot of references to popular fandoms in my project. Particularly, Soviet commissar is a reference to Warhammer 40 000 commissars, he is even using Dawn of War 2 lord commander's voice lines.
I thought where I already heard this voice ...
