After the defeat of the Soviet Union at the hands of the Allied Forces and with the Soviet Premier Alexander Romanov imprisoned whatever remains of the Soviet forces has been thrown into chaos. There is however one very talented commander who plans to overthrow the Allied occupants while the main army is busy fighting off Yuri's psychic legions...
"When the Allies started pushing us back, our strategists realised that we needed better artillery, something more accurate than our V3s, something that couldn't be shot down, that's when the concept of the Smuglyanka Long Range Missile Launcher came into view. Unfortunately these never entered service, as we hadn't found an efficient way to get them quickly on the front lines, and as you already know, by the time we got at least some out there we've already had our capital taken by the Chrono assault. Luckily for us, these old, abandoned vehicles can now be used to sing the song of doom for our enemies as hundreds missiles rain upon their tanks. Use them wisely commander, for we only have so many of them."
