probably some type of new loner squad that you gotta do missions for :P
Bomber is a Pripyat NPC whoes code is in the vanilla game, but wasn't activated for release. I've just re-activated him now, and given him this sick skin. But I like your idea, I think I will give him missions you can do for him....
