Realms of the Third Age is a total conversion of warband to Lord of the Rings. RotTA (Realms of the Third Age) will be a PvP mod and is set during the War of the Ring era. The plans of this are to add every faction. Heres the List: Dwarves(plan on splitting them up later versions) Elves of Lothlorien Elves of Imladris Dale Rohan Gondor Arnor Mordor Moria Gundabad Harad Rhun/Easterlings Isengard/Dunland More possibly Why am I doing this mod? Well we all have played numerous Single Player mods. Which are all fun and enjoyable. Just I personally like MP and would love to see a LOTR mp mod. This mod will see movie like armours/weapons etc. and some other things.

thats a tough one to answer, let me se.... dwarfs are really really cool, good warriors and all that stuff but. not my favorite. From the evil side the one i like most is Isengard but not my favorite. Mirkwood also cool, but i prefer Rivendell with the Noldor warriors and Lothlorien with the Galhadrim Warriors(really really cool) this 2 are on my top 5.
There is also Eriador and Dunedain but i dont consider that a faction.
So my two favorite ones are Gondor with very brave and cool soldiers and Rohan with the best cavalary ever. This two are my favorite.

Great choice! but it kind of saddens me that most people don't like evil factions though, often i see people only like good factions, if they are going to like evil faction it would be mankind like Rhun or Harad or Variags. Orcs feel lonely outthere :(
hahaha you´re right, but dont worry the factions i like least are Rhun, Harad and Khand X)
And i like Mordor, because it has a huge army and their sieges are awesome. But my favorite evil faction its Isengard, because, first it has a wizard, second Uruk-hais are just awesome, a little group of them with like 25 Uruk-hais would beat up a group with 50 orcs because they are stronger, have more resistance and detect the enemy miles away. They even have cool wargs :)
Well remember the fact that Mordor produced new kinds of orcs, ones are never seen before, while Saruman kind of spammed the uruk hai because he wanted a hasty 10 000 uruk hai there is also a factor. the Uruk Scouts send would rek like 100 orcs but the later uruk hai were just lesser impressive than the first batch.
And with the Wargs, i guess Wargs are good factor but remember that Mordor also have warg riders, from Nurn they had fast wargs but i guess Isengard Wargs are bigger and stronger.
The Uruk were actually invented by Sauron (who is also essentially a sorcerer, but without a body) around TA 2475. And Saruman's 10.000 strong army was also made of regular Orcs and of Dunledings (who, from the books, were probably the most dangerous and at least one half or one third of the entire army)
Saruman creating the Uruk-hai in the movies was just a nice way to show his projects for the world: industry, harvesting of natural resources and "genetically" engineered troopers.(Yep, Uruk-hai are basically Saruman's Space Marines.)
I always prefered Saruman's efficiency though: he managed to be almost as dangerous as Sauron while being a relative newcomer and having a very small territory. What would have happened if he had managed to seize Rohan?
But Mordor welcomes all discriminated races in Middle-Earth (Orcs are being shot on sight by Elves and Men), gives them a job, and promises them a better world where they would not be oppressed, so there is that x)
but we can take a conclusion on all of this and that is....Mordor and Isengard are still really impressive :) But imagine if Rohan was defeated against Saruman or if Saruman started creating Uruk hais but helping the good guys... Mordor would have a hard time :D
Dont you forget that Saruman wanted the rings and if he conquered Rohan and helped conquering Gondor he would go fight Mordor(all in the book)

I like the dwarves of erebor. They are bad *** and it sucks to know that the dwarves die out later on :(
