The empire has established world authority - democracy, all communists and traitors were are killed. As there was an organization - "Rebels" to which did not like actions of Imperial authority. Civil war has begun, some technologies of the weapon have been stolen from the technical center by rebels. As there was still an organization - the Techno thieves (a scum of society, hackers and ugly creatures), and at them idea it is absolutely others.
