A historic-themed Rats project, originally for Source engine, new port coming to Unreal 4.
This was something I threw together in a rush.
I happen to have much better and more optimised trees to use.
Water is a bit screwed up, but I'm no longer developing for PVKII so not a concern. The house is set in Miami, thus figures a Miami skyline from 1980s was fitting for the view, with Biscayne Bay.
