As promised, I present the infantry of the Grand Army of the Republic.

The shroud of the dark side has fallen. Begun the Clone Wars has...

Phase 1 Clones

Basic Troopers:

(Carbine, rifleman, ARF, grenadier)

Specialized Troopers:

(Sniper, vanguard, guardian)

Field Aid:

(Engineer, medic)

Support Troopers:

(E-WEB, Z-6, Flametrooper)

Jet Troopers:

(Jet sergeant, jet carbine, jet rifleman, jet EMP)

Vehicle Death Spawns:

(Pilot, gunner)

Command Units:

(Sergeant, lieutenant, captain, major, commander)

Spec Ops:

(Carbine, rifleman)

Ordnance Troopers:

(Backpack carbine, carbine)

Phase 2 Clones

Basic Troopers:

(Carbine, rifleman, ARF, grenadier)

Specialized Troopers:

(Sniper, vanguard, guardian)

Field Aid:

(Engineer, medic)

Yes, I did decide to redesign the engineer helmet

Support Troopers:

(Heavy repeater, Z-6, E-WEB, flamethrower, heavy gunner)

Jet Troopers:

(Sergeant, carbine, rifleman, EMP)

Vehicle Death Spawns:

(Pilot, gunner)

Command Units:

(Sergeant, lieutenant, captain, major, commander)

Spec Ops:

(Carbine, guardian, rifleman)

Yes these are formerly the shadow troopers. I decided to morph the spec ops and shadow troopers into one type as there is no phase 1 shadow trooper, or phase 2 spec ops.

Ordnance Troopers:

(Backpack carbine, carbine)

Damn. Now that's extensive. You and your mod's progress is astounding for just being a few months old. I am getting triggered by those shoulder pads, though.

Your getting triggered at the shoulder pads while the wrist are triggering me big time.

Nonetheless good job.

Thanks, I certainly like to go big on unit diversity.

The shoulder pads were somewhat hard for me to deal with though. I tried what I could without ruining the rigs.

Thanks, means a lot coming from a rigging and animation god like you.

The wrists were the absolute bane of my existence when I went about rigging these. I have no idea how some people manage to rig stuff without massive issues with them folding into each other,

Looking good. Have to agree with Sly that is a lot of variety. I can only imagine how many more you have to do with all the different clone divisions. Only suggestion I'd make would be to make the Phase 2 ARF (Scout trooper)'s armor a bit more white to match with the other clone models. Alternatively I'd suggest trying to use the model from Battlefront II it might fit better art style wise and poly count wise.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that. The Imperial Scout trooper is wholly different from the Kashyyyk trooper armor (Which I assume is what he was trying to emulate). If so it might also be better to replace them with the proper PH2 AT-RT driver armor.

At this point, it's mainly just open up the 3ds Max file, create the right texture, apply, and export. So shouldn't be to hard, not counting the few things that will need fresh rigs, like legion commanders or other name units. I also looked into using the Pandemic Kashyyyk trooper. It would have just been a big mess for me to clean up and turn into a white armored trooper. But I'll play around with the texture today, thanks.

I noticed a few minor issues like visor shape, and torso details, but not enough for me to really use the AT-RT driver. I did original think about that, but decided against it. Mainly because, I don't see the point of a vehicle pilot serving as a scout unit.

Okay, so just a small update.

The phase 2 ARF trooper now has a whitened texture from Delta's advice, and it seems that I missed the AT-RT driver in the original post.

Thanks, the current plan is for the majority of phase 1 units to be in skirmish. I'm toying around with adding special build pads like RaW did for phase 2 and specialized phase 1 like ordnance clones, and spec ops.
