[on indefinite hold]. Rando Doom was a randomizer mod for GZDoom. I made it after I wanted a randomizer that didn't add anything new and had 100% random actor spawns, I had however added some D64 things to this wad. I decided that 100% randomness was basically unplayable so the system works like: all monster can be replaced by any monster in Doom 2, all weapons can be replaced by any weapon in Doom 2, ect.
It's been so long I don't remember what most of the changes are. 1. Monsters don't drop weapons and ammo with the exception of below. 2. Former Humans always drop clips, Former Sarges always drop shotguns, and Former Commandos always drop chainguns. 3. Nightmare Imps have a placeholder look, they will be replaced with proper sprites eventually.
Pretty fun mod I must say. I am a fan of a mod called "randoom" but with that mod when enemies drop they can literally drop anything from trees that can block your path to other monsters or weapons. This is alot more tame in that regard but still enjoyable. Nice job.
