Raising the Bar is a mod based off of the idea of amalgamating the earliest concepts of Half-Life 2 into a coherent story. This mod is not a leak-fix, nor is it a concept art recreation gallery; it will be a full story with inspiration from the old material as well as our own ideas of how to make it all fit together.

I'm pretty sure that green color came from the lighting/toxic atmosphere, not that the thing itself was colored green.
yea but the green honestly looked better and even fulfills the role of a simple camo overlay :P
It looks hideous if you ask me.
Well, after all is a prototype, we are thinking to make the other helicopter model.
On Citadel map for example looks better with this skin than the original one, we want the best experience on the Mod. ;)
Keep it green, but desaturate it a little bit more.
Make it darker and show some signs of paint flaking to reveal the brass coloured metal plates
But the REAL question is... Does it come in black?
Heres a better question, Does it come in a Ka-27?
Gosh, I sure hope it does... If it's a black Ka-27.

I think you guys should make the helicopter more of a greyish black, that green just looks really amature :/ Sorry D:
