Been working on this area for a while on and off, think I've finally got it looking good.
Love that 90's Quake 2 style lightning.
Youre really capturing not just the feel of the Beta, but the feel of the general map-design in the 90's. This is a real time-capsule. Keep it up!

Couldn't agree more with 95Navigator's comment. And the blue ambient light is just fantastic.
Cool work, about big empty room with hanging boxes, did you remove it because of repaired bridge? If you leave that place, here idea how it can be modified, in Black Mesa remake that place looks more logical, it has canal instead of just black floor on bottom and has more rails with boxes, and control room where perhaps these rail with boxes are controlled, you can see it on 18 minute on this video Youtube.com
This looks great, I also like the fact that you kept the bridge untouched :D And when I look at that poor scientist, I can literally hear him yelling "Freeman you fool!" :P
