Have you thought about using that blueish witches jelly texture that is used in Stalkersoup? I think it makes places like this really looks unqiue compared to other mods.
Alot of mods use that texture, not very unique. Even Complete had it. I personally like the original green more, although I have heard that the blue one is more accurate to the inspiration from Roadside Picnic.
I just played around with the glow and added fog to this place in particular.
Thats nice, having fog in areas like these make it more mysterious
It's been a while since I played a lot of different ShOc mods but now I remember Complete using that texture too.
