Adds the Tesla Tank to the Soviet Warfactory, and removes the Stingrays amphibious abilities.
This release of the Tesla Tank mod re-enables the Hammer tank, and the Stingrays are amphibious again. The Tesla Tank requires the Super-Reactor now.
Can play in skirmish?
I edited the skudef to run in patch 1.12 will it couse issues??

I FOUND A GLITCH: if you use the hammers leech beam agianst the tesla tank, it works but it doesnt give the hammer any new weps.
AKA hammer gets no tesla after leeching.

Why is there an error when trying to play with a friend in this mod using C&C Online? That is, C&C Online simply does not respond.
Unfortunately, I have no idea. I don't use CnC Online. Does the same thing happen with other mods?
