Quiet Rehabilitation, a Half-Life 2's single-player modification, takes place in an abandoned section of cell blocks at Nova Prospekt. Bringing a different story of Gordon Freeman being taken as a prisoner directly to Nova Prospekt, where he must find a way to escape from this old facility surrounded by unusual creatures.
