Psysonic Omega is based on a fictional background and story after RA3: Uprising. We will present three new factions that are developed from original factions in RA3. They are la Commune, Commonwealth Of Sovereignty and a nameless faction using advanced Imperial Arsenal from Shiro Sanitarium. This mod is not just for better graphics performance or more enjoyable gameplay experience, but for a further story after RA3's present plot. In this mod, plenty of new units and structures that basically expand the Style of original RA3 are added. New story and interersing ideas will be implemented.

Plenty of known bugs are fixed in this version. And some experimental new features are added.

Global:
Fix the bug that the building cost of some factions' Harvester is not 800.
Imperial Forces:
1. New T1 Infantry Unit, Exploder, is added.
2. The damage of single Final Squadron Aircraft is raised from 100 to 150 (from 150 to 250 after authorizing Honorable Discharge)
3. Balloon Bomb is now with Hallucinate effect that make hostile forces attack against their own forces.
4. This is not a new update but it is necessary to mention: Shinobi could put bomb on hostile vehicles or structures. And Smoke Bomb now makes Shinobi truly invisible rather than "unattackable".
5. Fix the bug that Steel Ronin has no any sound effects.
6. Steel Ronin has correct Introduction Video now.
7. Healing Zone of Bio Reactor and Surpression Zone of Psychic Tower now have correct textures and graphics performance when freezed.
8. Magnetron can now correctly attack the structures in the water.
9. The speed of Magnetron is raised from 62.5 to 75.
10. Cancel the Preparation Attacking Time of Magnetron.
11. Now Magnetron can leech health by attacking buildings or structures.
12. Magnetron can correctly get experience and raise level.
La Commune:
1. The instant linear damage of Applo Fighter is raised from 20 to 40.
2. Mirage Tank will take 25% less damage from TESLA and PRISM Damage Types.
3. Speed of Mirage Tank is raised from 58 to 62.5.
4. Modify graphics and sound effect of Mirage Tank's laser weapon.
5. When the Submarine switches to use Missile Launcher, there will be a new particle system on the launcher to instruct its toggle.
6. Mirage Tank's laser will still pierce enemies after getting Veteran level, and the damage is decreased from 200 to 150.
7. Change the damage type of Mirage Tank's laser weapon from CANNON to PRISM.
8. Legionnaire can get experience and raise level.
9. Elite/Veteran Icon will correctly appear when Mirage Tank and Submarine upgrade.
10. Mirage Tank's laser damage width is decreased from 25 to 15.
11. The Special Ability of Commando is changed to teleport to target position without causing damage, and the Cool-Down is 8s.
12. Fix the wrong description of Sniper.
13. Fix the wrong description of Commando.
14. Fix the wrong description of Proton Turret.
15. Fix the wrong description of RD(Research and Development) Facilities.
16. Fix the wrong description of Mirage Tank.
17. Chronosphere can safely transport Legionnaire, Ranger, Commune Commando and Tesla Trooper.
18. Any hostile objects destoryed around Commando will give the player of la Commune 5% or its allies of the building cost of the objects as bounty.

19. Training Commando requires both Tech3 Upgrade and RD Facilities.
Commonwealth Of Sovereignty:
1. Destorying the Aircraft called by Excecutor now gives experience.
2. Adjust the Experience Table of Titan.
3. Titan will accurately hit the target.
4. Tesla Coil's attacking now causes a short EMP shock against vehicles.
5. Naval Yard has Repair Drones now.
6. Max health of Executer is raised from 180 to 200.
7. Ultimate Torpedo and Natasha's airstrike bomb can no longer be intercepted by Point Defense Laser.
8. Building time of Tesla Trooper is reduced to 6s.
9. Building time of Barracks is reduced to 5s.
10. Building cost of War Bear is reduced from 225 to 175.
11. Fix the Stalker's weapon. Now Stalker can normally use its chain gun and missile at the same time.
12. Speed of Stalker is raised from 90 to 95.
13. Max Health of Stalker is raised from 500 to 525.

Some tiny modifications maybe discarded. And I believe that there are still a lot of bugs to be fixed.(For example, the reason why the game always crashes, which could be the consequence of AI.)
