PO multi language version （包括中文版） file - Psysonic Omega mod for C&C: Red Alert 3

我们开始尝试将 MOD 的主数据 和语言文件分开打包， 这样可以方便地切换 MOD 语言而不需要替换一整个 MOD 文件。 这个方法暂时还在试验中，目前只有中文和英文。

Finally, managed to compile the language pack and mod's main content into two different files. It's still in testing, but now you can switch the mod's language easily, without having to replace the whole mod again. Currently we only have Chinese and English.
