oop, I think player cannot add maps in mod themselves.(it is somehow determined by MOD institute) But you can send me your maps firstly, and I will help you add them in the mod. my email address is communeunion@gmail.com

For win10, you should put the "Psysonic Omega" directory in C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Red Alert 3\Mods
