The scale of the engines DO look better here than in the previous image, although after consulting a number of websites for images of the Prometheus, I'd say that the tops of the engines should be "squeezed" into a more curved form.
The very last link goes to a website with some very cool behind the scenes effects work, and what I think that you might find useful about it is that they depict the layers used in each shot, and since we get to see the layers isolated, it gives us a much clearer opportunity to see details that otherwise are lost when all of the layers are sandwiched together.
