Idk what Country based on. However, the name of this sub faction shares the capital of Erusea with the same name from Ace Combat.

thats where i got the name from (PV is also set on a different version of earth -called Elysium - like ace combat)
Maybe call the Nuke Cannon the Desolation-Class Artillery Platform?
