The Empire of Shangri-La's Epic unit has received a new voxel to fit the style of PV better than its previous design
Now name "Rakshasa", this giant artillery unit can launch Cryo-infused High Explosive shells at long range to destroy enemy structures and slow/freeze infantry and vehicles
