The main intent of this modification is vanilla experience with overhauled graphics sounds, bug fixes and high attention to details. Changing some aspects of the game without flipping the gameplay upside down. This is simply an overhaul to vanilla gameplay that will allow you to experience this game as close as it was those 14 years ago and without trying to make the game tryhard-core or unfair toward the player in any other way.

So I played through the game with this mod,and I have to say this is a nicely done mod.It stays true to it's name of "overhauling the vanilla experience without too many changes".The graphics changes are nice,albeit they make the game a bit too dark in some situations.New item icons look good,as well as the weapon models.One of the good things is that there weren't any Misery wannabe "difficulty tweaks" like making the economy more hostile or nerfing item drops.Medkits do heal less tho,but it's still a reasonable amount,as well as now having to holster your weapon when using any healing item/food.
HOWEVER,there is one rather big issue with this mod.Basically,early-game and mid-game weapons are TERRIBLY inaccurate.This makes combat somewhat difficult,as you can't reliably get headshots compared to the vanilla game.On top of that,they feel weaker than in the original(that,or the NPCs' health values were increased).This was noticeable as early as the bandit car park shootout,where one bandit could survive three whole mags from the Makarov pistol,while in the vanilla game they usually drop after a single one.
Other than the problems mentioned above,this mod is quite enjoyable.
never mind it is my favorite mod sure it has a few mods and it may not be for everyone but it has the best graphics ( in my opinion ) cool weapons and nice animation and has a pretty nice subtitles again it is my favorite mod ever
Personally, I liked it a lot, it would be like a beta version of the excellent Autumn Aurora 2 mod, one thing I didn't like is that the character models are the default ones and I would also like the detectors mod to be added. After that, I especially liked that the weapons, more than those in Autumn Aurora 2, are not bad but some have very bad animations like the USP or the MP5.
Pretty **** I must say.
Great mod, a few bugs (AI so far) here and there but this is my goto "Starter Pack" for SOC that's not demanding high pc specs.
