Dominion Outpost can be set up on a battlefield by deploying Dominion Fortifier vehicle. Only one Fortifier can exist on a battlefield at a time, whilst multiple Outposts are allowed.
Outpost itself can be upgraded with one of two different defensive turrets & weapons, which are available to you depending on which technology branch you've chosen. Mind Control Upgrade is available in Corruption Tactics branch and Mortar Turret Upgrade is available in Firepower Dominance Branch.
