Everyone's once thought what it would be like to live forever. Though immortality, as everything else, has a price.
Well I liked it a lot, because of the storytelling and atmosphere was really spooky sometimes, but lacks of scares.
Overall really enjoyable, not rushed, I hoped little longer gameplay, more puzzles and challening ones and more monster encounters and chilling chases. Well, this was still really great mod to play and I liked the ending part, but still I wanted little more. Just improve for your next project these things and I will rate it much higher. It's pretty decent on your first one. Good work :)

Positives:
- Deep and well written story
- A lot of endings based on your choises
- For a new mapper, the level design is decent
Negatives:
- Lack of challange
- Short
- Bad horror element
- The cellar "monster" only appeared once. I expected more challange or at least more encounters
- The flashback text is on the screen for 2-3 seconds. Sometimes hard to read it all
- I could pick up the lab key in the desk without using the hammer first (place it further in or spawn the key after the hammer have been used)
Conclusion:
The story is short and I wasn't pleased with either the scares or challange because there is barley any challange or scares in it at all.
But it's still very enjoyable thanks to the well written story. It actually made me think and reflect about my own opinions of the subject in question.
Next time, make it longer and practise more with scares and challange and I'm sure it will be a bullseye.

You fixed a lot of flaws and did some other positive changes. Not only did you make it better, you also care about your work and what people tell you to fix which is a huge plus. +1 in score.

There aren't many mods that actually exceed my expectations, but this one certainly did. The story is incredibly unique and interesting. It also has custom sounds and music. It's not too scary, but it still has a few creepy moments. It is short, but if you've got about 30 minutes to kill, this is what you want to play.
Very good story but it could have used some voice acting. It was too short and too few monster encounters. But overall I really enjoyed this one. I tried different combinations of the 3 potions, tried none, then tried each one separately. It was interesting to see the different endings. I really hope you do more custom stories.
it had it's moments. but needed to be longer. the details where good for a new mapper. it needs more scares. and it did have some bugs.
this was a very good story. The ending was superb, i chose the poison ending because I had this emotional tie with this being that i had to kill it. It had a very good perspective on immortality and it's effects. Thank you so much for this great custom story.

Since you are new to mapping I must say this is excellent work.
It's short but decent and I actually like that you didn't use "stupid" Jump scaren but rather well placed scares (which is hard to do).
The idea with different endings was nice, although I would have suggested to do a little bit more than just some sentences in the end.
But I always got this feeling that all the time something could happen and I think this is a really good thing to have in Amnesia Custom Stories. You let the Horror in my head and this is what everyone should try to do (not just throw some bodies at you that scream)

So far I have to say this is a great custom story! As this is my first I cannot give an in depth review but I enjoy it, so good job for it being a first custom story!
Very well written and compelling story, combined with a throughout creepy atmosphere and an astounding amount of detail really sets this custom story apart from so many others. Not one cheap jumpscare spoiled my playthrough, and every encounter had a good amount of buildup to it. While not very long (seasoned players should be able to complete this story in under an hour), this story excells in terms of storytelling, buildup and atmosphere. The only thing that might be a problem is, that there is no oil to be found in the game. If you are running out thats it.
Nonetheless, a solid 9/10 in my book.
