First of all, as a memebr of devteam, I would like to thank everyone in the art team for their dedication and hard work on the remake of Chinese vehicles!
Today we will talk about some design of our Dev team for vanilla ZH faction.
Due to confidentiality reasons, this time we will briefly explain progress of remake Chinese units.
-Battlemaster Tank-
The classic Battlemaster now gets a new model and that goofy-looking thing on turret now gets a new look as a machine gun ,it can fend off enemy infantry.
We can't talk about Battlemasters' remake without talking about that typicial question: "Is Battlemaster based on ZTZ-59 or ZTZ-88?"
All we can say here is: "Doesn't matter, Generals' units design is always equivocate."
-Warmaster Tank-
About Warmaster , someone will surely be curious and ask: "Where exactly has Warmaster been remade?"
Well,his mainly on appearance:

-Overlord Tank-
Despite overlords great service in the war, the question of whether to keep the slow and expensive behemoth remained a point of debate within the army. Eventually everyone agreed in one spot: until a better alternative was available, no matter the cost as the battle could be won.
Additionally, Overlord massive hull is large enough to serve as a weapon platform, little difference in appearance from older ones, the newest ZTZ-111A "Overlord" can be upgraded with some new modules.They are ready to crush China's enemies.
It takes three time to complete overlord's final remake.thats kind a big deal, so here's a spotlight about its remake:
In short, there are two things:
First.Break the stereotype.
Second:not using Russian round turret, but add more elements about 90s modern Chinese tank.
While remaking, those previous addons were scrapped, about new addons,heres the picture(secret!):
-Gatling Tank-
The Gatling Tank has also received a new model, the turret is based on Operation:Firestorm's Gatling tank(which has been appoved by zeke) with some of our own designs.

Mainly focused on style and make it Coooooooooler, thanks to NLS studio for premission about Gatling tank style in OFS.
-Inferno Cannon-

The Inferno cannon is an indispensable offensive weapon for Chinese army. After the First anti-terrorism War, China modernized inferno cannon to incorporate its previous design and wartime experience, the most important of which is a new twin-barrel system nicknamed the "No mecry Cannon," which allows field commanders to make the Inferno cannon fires rapidly to create more firestorm, this also increased flexibility of the Chinese Army, which is not known for its speed.
The new Inferno cannon is an combintion of vanilla ones with PLZ-45.

And next time we will focus on vanilla USA units.
Chinese units tend to be more on hardcore realistic one, combining some of existing equipment.
And Some of USA units will have more "unique" style.

Really like the new tank designs. The HongQi AA looks fantastic. The Overlord one: I don't think I've seen such design before. I especially like the treads. If I had seen this before making my own, I would probably have recreated the designs on my Overlord. So great job on those.
So is the Battlemaster's MG a one off thing or do you guys plan on doing it for other stuff as well? Like on the War Master or other future tanks?
It's true that C&C was never known for its realistic and accurate designs but still, I think they were nice to look at for their time and could introduce people to the basic designs used by IRL armies.

about the top-machine gun,its only for battlemaster , Warmaster is more focused on dealing enemy armor unit.
