NOTE: The location of the files in the instructions SHOULD BE REVERSED, so BDTex.utx goes in Textures folder and STV_Suburbs.usx goes in StaticMeshes folder. Both these folders should be the ROOT folders NOT the individual mod folders (NOT the Texture/StaticMeshes folder of AWP/AW/ED but the root folder of Postal2/Postal2STP)

how do you install
There are instructions in the form of a .txt file packaged in the ZIP folder. They're very easy to follow!
