I cant decide!!! the green of the new 1 is ugly, but everything else is better!!!
ah, ok. we may do a merge instead. so we'll bear that in mind ^^

use the blue portal and aperture logo from upper logo and everything else from the other one

I like the right one but then must the 3 be replaced with the AP logo
I like the green one better... but I agree with Necrod's comment, the Portal loop and aperture science logo on the yellow one looks better than the portal loop and 3 on the green one. Other than that green all the way.
what about fonts? which one of those do you lot prefer?
The one in the middle sux...it's very low quality and looks terrible..
The one in the top left is better, but it looks like comic...
The one on the right is the best OF THIS THREE!
My suggestion:
