Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness mod |

PI is a mod that adds a lot of nations and a few events so you can play as not only the proposed canadian provinces and proposed us states, you can play as pacific islands. Note: My mod is not allowed to be made for basing mods off of. It is simplistic, Please base it off of Pop Demand or HPM/HFM instead and if you payed money for it, it is a fraud. and I will consistantly update it time to time.

Extra Start dates and scenarios for PI information.

Hey everyone.

I am interested in the idea of adding extra scenarios to PI like the Franco-Prussian War, World War 1 and probably a 1900 start date, The problem with that is I have no clue how to do that. So for now. PI 0.4 will only contain the two scenarios of the 1836 start and the American Civil War.

I'll try to get info for this as I will continue to work on this.
