So Victoria 3 was just announced by Paradox, and as such PI is now getting discontinued for Victoria 2 and I will wait until Victoria 3 to port it over, it's quite a lot of work dealing with PI right now, so much so that I would need to restart the project entirely to make it work at this point, so for now, PI for Victoria 2 is cancelled, see you all in Victoria 3 and my mod will be there.
