Ok I can compromise on your 10 nations that you suggested. Iberia, Aragon, Oceania and a decision to give cores over egypt can happen. The Holy Land, also know as Jerusalem is already in, If china exists then no ming, Africa can't happen, it's too big. The same is for the mongols. And Rome and Carthage died way before 1836 so no.
