I am completely stuck at the crowbar too. If you find out what to do, please let me know! And by the way, ignore the idiot who replied :)
Well I've located the flashlight. Not only did it take time looking into the level editor but, the placement of crowbar is somewhere I would've never look.
////SPOILERS////
Once the crowbar is obtained, use it on the giant desk/shelf furniture item in the same room and a little animation will play of the player collecting a key from behind said furniture item.
Once the key is obtained, go downstairs and use it on one of the three doors located in that hallway next to the kitchen.
The flashlight will be inside.
