That 14,5-mm KPVT (IRL BTRs were armed with KPVT&PKT until BTR-90 that had BMP-2 turret) looks like an autogun, but the rest is just great.
Russia does not use camouflage for their military. Camouflage is used by parade and demonstration units. Don't believe me well look at these service BTR-82A's:
