Long ago, when the word 'Hiigara' rang only as a hollow dream, the kiith of Kharak never imagined they would walk the Path to Victory. But, when they reclaimed their Homeworld and proclaimed themselves 'Hiigaran', they believed they had reached their goal. How wrong they were. 150 years after Hiigaran landfall, conflict rages across the Galaxy... Path to Victory is a multiplayer and skirmish mod for Homeworld 2 that adds new units to both Vaygr and Hiigaran Races as well as enabling the Keepers, Raiders and Kadeshi as playable races.
Well, we missed halloween but I guess this is as good a time as any to present another of the Pirate Lords. You may remember I talked about this a little while ago, that the Turanic Raiders can call in renowned Pirate Lords to aide them in battle... given certain circumstances.
Queen Ara - one of the Pirate Lords - is quite a woman. You might remember she had a bit of a run in with Captain Morgan back in the day. I can't say if Morgan has realized screwing with a Queen's chambermaid isn't the best idea when she commands half a smuggler empire and at least one Enforcer Cruiser, but I can tell you that Ara made sure her chambermaids were dealt with in an orderly fashion.
Once - not too long ago - she was a respected Queen of said empire. Now... well, one might say she's gone a little overboard on the great quest for revenge. Not that she's lost any of her fine feminine touch in the process though, just so we're clear on that... she just really, really, really doesn't like having her heart broken!
