Long ago, when the word 'Hiigara' rang only as a hollow dream, the kiith of Kharak never imagined they would walk the Path to Victory. But, when they reclaimed their Homeworld and proclaimed themselves 'Hiigaran', they believed they had reached their goal. How wrong they were. 150 years after Hiigaran landfall, conflict rages across the Galaxy... Path to Victory is a multiplayer and skirmish mod for Homeworld 2 that adds new units to both Vaygr and Hiigaran Races as well as enabling the Keepers, Raiders and Kadeshi as playable races.

If anything went wrong, your game crashed or you found something I forgot to fix, this is the place to report it. If you get a crash, posting your HW2.log can be helpful in identifying exactly what went wrong. |

you will need a shortcut (the thing on your desktop) to start the game over. Copy the existing Homeworld 2 one, then right click and go to properties. In the line Target there should be comething like C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2 blablabla. At the end of that add -mod PTV005.big. -- I can count to 1024 on my fingers! |

Is there a reason why I am getting '$2080 <--sybmols instead of true name ,or type of ship in the game? The new ships are just described as numbers and symbols with a $ sign on them. |

Several things: 1) Are you using mac? 2) What language of HW2 do you have? 3) Did you copy the folder 'locale' into your HW2 Data directory? -- I can count to 1024 on my fingers! |

As soon as I attempt to start TPOV .005 via the -mod PTV005.big method, my copmuter completely crashes. I mean, the CD-drive won't even respond (open), that bad. I have not updated Homeworld 2 to the official 1.05(?) update. System: Please help. I very much would love to be able to use this mod. |

- You need HW v1.1 if you want to play this mod (or any mod really) Apart from that I can't think of any reason this should happen. Try DLing v1.1 and if this still occurs - then I don't know what the issue is. -- I can count to 1024 on my fingers! |

With the .006, all ships appears black or luminescent and without lights when I zoom on it. Like that : A.imageshack.us |

What the hell?! I've never seen that happen before and it doesn't happen to me :/ Two questions I really hope I can help you fix that but I've never seen it before so it's gonna be a bit of a bumpy road of guesswork. -- I can count to 1024 on my fingers! |

It never happend either. So I hope it can help. By the way, can you send me the "buildresearch.ucs" file ? I still have the $1102 problem but it helps me to understand the game. Thanks. |

Odd, I packed the locale into the big file so that shouldn't be happening unless you have a non-english version of HW2 in which case... oh damn, I forgot all about the language pack I wanted to release. I can send you the file as soon as I'm home or you can unpack the big direcly if you know how. But back to the other issue: ATI has had some issues with HW2 if I remember correctly... maxed settings. Maybe this will help: Forums.relicnews.com -- I can count to 1024 on my fingers! |

Don't worry, it's fixed. For $xxxx problem is because I have a Mac. And because of that, I can't unpack the big. |

Ah damnit. Sure, I'll send you the ucs file ASAP. And I was hoping the naming problem would be solved by putting the locale in the big aw damn... I'm really sorry bout that :/ But at least the graphics issue is solved xD -- I can count to 1024 on my fingers! |

It's a mysterious problem, it's not your fault. |
