In the small town of Chesterton, Colorado, Pappy is the "village bully". Even at 88 years old, he loves no one and nothing. His only two friends are fellow bullies Ned and Jeff, who are horribly disfugured in the face. Pappy's main target is Mr. Shemp: a small, weak man, who still has yet to lose his virginity at the age of 33. He possesses a genius mind and great wealth, which makes him a deadly foe.
