Demo of the Ego, found in Painkeep and Archon, and how it is used
Ego originated as one of the 4 new "artefacts" in this release:

The ego head orbits the player and when enemies shoot him it rushes forwards dealing damage to the enemies. It is capable of exploding close to the player and killing him. After 30 seconds if unused it goes away.
