Description
the 3rd painkeep hub - comes with painkeep plus - alternatively titled "artefacts". only a few of the maps actually have the new artifacts (tomb, ego, mask and phone) on them. this hub goes for a few rooms with a large number of vote portals.
The third voting hub for painkeep. Comes with the convenience pak and as with hub 2 overrides the start map - thus making it incompatible with previous hubs. Painkeep 2.0 fixes this problem by renaming the 2nd and 3rd hubs "hub2.bsp" and "hub3.bsp." In addition to providing custom hub abilities.
Here the mapper devoted his talent to a cool spawning area, leaving the vote portals as long corridors of nothing but teleports. Some imagination went into this map, and it has a similar map set to hub 2.
I'm thinking of including some kind of preview feature for the custom hub - some way of displaying a small screen of the map being voted on - in game.
