This is an idea, you may not consider this for the game, it will depend on your ability and desire. It would be interesting that around the 80s or 90s, when fertility rates began to decline in developed countries, that is, there was a level of population and development that when it reached its peak, either due to more liberal policies or the a high industrial level and the urban rate increasingly tended to reduce the population. At the same time, liberal and democratic European policy, within the European Union, would encourage greater immigration at the height of today's world, mainly from African countries, and the cultures of European Union nations would not exist, promoting ethnic pluralism. However, this would not prevent the growth of other religions, with immigration being responsible for the growth without cultural and religious conversion providing a different future, or one more similar to the current one. Still, I also think that due to the high level of technology, the younger percentage could, for the most part, tend more towards secularization, but this, of course, depending on the conditions of development and the policies and approaches to this that only those who would produce could think.
Already noted, thanks a lot. I will consider it, and even, what you say is already highly possible because of current political and social reforms, also because the mod will have Urban Areas separated to rural ones, and also the religion will be National Values and this will determine how pop votes, what are they reforms desires, and such, so scenarios like you describe (because yes, more individualistic reforms will 'punish' collectivist effect such as pop growth, as irl, where feminism promotes abortion, in example) and so, geopolitical values will clash very commonly. I still will put a lot of effort into immersion and somewhat realistic or logical outcomes like your suggestion, for example, when pops from different regions immigrate with different National Values, they also bring these into your nation, hence, representing the usual anti-immigration or multicultural debates because of cultural shocks. Religion and culture will be very important in this factor, and make it so that you can find yourself in a situation where your national politics is shifting drastically because of it...
