Veteran Warband players know very well how often Swadia gets steamrolled by the other factions. Nords and Rhodoks besiege them from all sides, while the Khergits take Dhirim by day 10. If you're a Sarranid Sultanate fan like myself, its annoying to have to come to Swadia's rescue every time an alliance is made because Swadia cannot help but get smashed. Our mission is to save Swadia from imminent destruction, while not making them brokenly powerful. Steps taken to improve Swadia's odds of survival -Fief relocation: fiefs have been rearranged in almost every faction (some more than others) to update faction borders. -New Lake and rivers: A lake now resides where Dhirim used to be. This should act as a natural barrier for Swadia. 2 rivers were also added to the map. One in Swadia, one in the steppes. -Other faction terrains: I felt bad for only making Swadia cooler so I gave the Sarranids a sink hole and the Rhodoks more connected islands. -Training camps: Were moved

The images do a pretty good job of showing what this mod changed, but here is a 5 minute video of me explaining the changes while butchering fief names in my bland U.S. midwestern non-accent. I also explain how to add the map changes to your own mod if you wish.
