Allies can build a gate
All barracks can heal infantry units when ordered to get in them
Veterancy bonuses changed, more speed
Some units have a speed boost
Seawolf has missiles now
Black Eagle and Harrier weapons upped a bit
Some super weapons charge timers extended by 2 extra mins (Weather Controller / Nuke / Dominator)
