Just by looking at the images I can tell that open areas without any detail looks ugly :)
i didnt play your map yet, but one tip, if you want more feedback on your map,
post it in a thread on the doomworld.com forums, moddb really isnt the best choice for doom mods\wads. Just a tip, have a nice day man :)
