Falcom 3 did had some crashes from a certain turn onwards. I hope that gets fixed.

A part from units getting more love, I think the most important thing would be giving custom settlements to Japana and asia. It was very strange to invatde Japan and attack what looked like muslim cities.

Perhaps there are already mods with those buildings and you would only have to ask for them.

The crashes from Falcom were largely because of finnicky scripted events. We're still not sure which one(s) exactly caused issues, but we've basically deleted all of them and our test campaigns seem quite stable.

Falcom Total War 3 does have custom settlements for Asia, but they're quite buggy/crashy and usually look kinda weird. We might borrow the settlements from Rise of Three Kingdoms, but since there aren't any settlement modders on the team, it's something we'll look into later.
