Hello all! I saw the video of this mode and it looks awesome! I downloaded it but the thing is that I have a non-steam version of CS:S. I tried replacing the files at cstrike folder, but it didn't work. Can anyone guide me how I can have this awesome mod on a non-steam counter strike source version? Thanks. |

OccupationCS requires Counter-Strike: Source to be mounted. So if you cant mount, do this, comment out or remove the line in gameinfo.txt in the OccupationCS directory "AdditionalContentId 240" But you still require the SDK 2007 Installed. If you dont have that try changing the line in gameinfo.txt "SteamAppId 218 " to "SteamAppId 240" If you do have the SDK 2007 installed OccupationCS will run now with missing content. You may want to extract the CS GCF's (resource files) into the OccupationCS directories. Remember they will overwrite, so you then may want to reinstall OccupationCS again back over the extracted cs files. Let me know if any of this helped. Edited by: EnterpriseG |
