Like I've already stated, I'm crashing upon joining servers. Here's another mirror for the mdmps, hopefully working for you this time.

When I turn mat_wireframe to 1 I can see that no culling is happening. Were the maps built without vvis or something? Setting r_farz to ~2048 still lets you see enough for non-sniping action and gets much better performance, so I'd think that proper culling would result in better performance overall and no loss in quality.

The SteamAppID for (Ep1-engine-)mods should be 215. To still have CS:S content you should mount it.

Not Sure about the vis will look into it, I have added the Mount Code and modified the gameinfo.txt. I will send you a link to the most recent build today and then if you crash again, send me that dump and I will trace it out. Unfortunately the latest build made your dump incompatible with the current map.

2.8.1 should solve the client side crashing. Creating new maps and will be more attentive to VIS compile. Mounting code was causing some clean up issues, will look at it closer in future release.

Yup, 2.8.1 doesn't crash anymore for me when joining servers :D

There's still a bug present, though I guess you know about it since kinda obvious: The scope creates a HOM-like effect when you are not ironsighted (pic). EDIT:Also, hovering trees.
Also, there was a huge bullet-hole decal, I think from a grenade (pic), is this normal or could this be due to patching?

Is it okay if I use this thread for additional bug reports?
1: This is easy to fix: the two hud-materials in the upper-right need a $ignorez 1 [pic].
2: I was able to capture a zone without an allied surge [pic].
3: Shortly after, I got killed (look at the two bad guys in the former picture :[). But then, after returning an enemy surge had begun, which took longer than the whole lasting round of ten minutes! [pic]
