This is textures pack from the mod The Nomad Legacy. We did great job for our mod and now want to expand our work for entire Freelancer community.
Our pack includes improved textures of planets, stations and most of spaceships. Work isn't done, but will keep forking on this pack.

Play in the best version
Vanilla FL requirements not allow us to change ini-files of original game. This can make conflicts with other mods. That's why we published only textures without additional improvements.
If you want to get best Freelancer HD experience, better to check our main project: Freelancer The Nomad Legacy.

This is an awesome mod and patch for vanilla freelancer. Thank you so much! :) One request I would like you to consider. Would you be willing to provide the freelancing modding community with the ship animations that you have developed in you mod? That would just really top off what you have already so kindly provided for us :) No pressure! lol :)

Sorry, I can't just share my animated ships. This feature requires too much changes in Vanilla FL. This sounds like "make new big freelancer mod" when those ships isn't complete in my mod. Maybe I'll think about it after final release of my main mod.
ETA: 2030... maybe 2077. Will see. This is joke with a piece of sense. At least we can use HD textures together. :-)
