As I said previously all of our maps are WIP, not a single one is ready. Also, this is Source, not UE3 or CryEngine, we can only do so much with them.
Could do with making your own nice blood decals. The default Valve ones are so bad.
With Blood-Tech our new decals are in the works and will be featured when they're ready. For now, you'll just have to deal.
