Here's a look at the Colt 1911 variants.
Each camouflage variant has a unique back story and is based off of a real life military camouflage pattern. Usually they are meant to be collectibles & are quite rare within the zone. Here's an excerpt from this particular Colt 1911 Camo variant's description.
"The Colt 1911 has seen employment in the South Vietnamese Military, along with numerous other countries including the United States of America & Soviet Union during both world wars. This particular model is using a South Vietnamese camouflage based on the US m1948 ERDL camouflage pattern. This ARVN "leaf" or "Airborne leaf" pattern was a fairly accurate copy of the US ERDL design, having the same mid-brown, russet, & biege organic shapes with dark brown branches."

I second the motion for a rail'd variant. Perhaps a "tactical" model, tan/green duracoat, tritium sights, light/laser (turned on via the grenade launcher key bind). It would certainly compliment the desert LR-300. Otherwise I'm going to hunt down whomever has the camo variant.
Dang, didn't realize I wasn't logged in. I would really like to a see tactical variant. Great job so far. I'm EAGERLY awaiting this and Misery 2.0. Though I will be playing your standalone with a few other enhancement mods for vanilla.
