Why not? It would be great to have a few more factions with their own troop trees and maybe new foods. Or make it possible for special units on the global map to capture feod with the creation of a new faction.

I'm stuck on sea after buying and sailing with a ship can't return to any town using cheat menu to teleport doesn't help either

This ship feature have this issue when it can sometimes get stuck, it will be fixed in V5.5, try to avoid using it and use port transport instead.
