Roosevelt (and the heart of the USA). But make no mistake! She is vicious, she is cute, she is talented. And most importantly, a Popular Figurehead which is her trait, giving +15% national unity, meaning that the Soviets will fight until their last dying breath. Not one step back! For Natalia!
