Based on Shifter and BioMod. Work started in 2010 with adding new Quality of Life features and changes to some vanilla gameplay aspects. Has some settings to enable/disable the included features as well.
Since I started playing Deus Ex, I've always wanted to have the features from biomod and shifter at the same time, but was never possible. With this awesome mod it made it possible and it also fixes and adds many new things, what's not to like? A really well deserved score, thank you.

First of all - this mod gives the game a LOT more sense.
Bulletproof vests algorithm should work like this from the beginning.
It makes game harder, but very fair at the same time. No more treating hacking as a quick-time event.
Yeah, well, most of the features here you can see in BioMod, but Nano version takes them to the whole new level.
I also appreciate bugfixes, and some missing content addition.
Now I just cant play DX without NanoMod.
I strongly encourage everyone to install it. Even for a first playthrough. It's a MUST HAVE
